I’m a Plymouth based bridal hairstylist, professional wedding morning hype girl and the calm amongst the chaos when you need it most. My job is so much more than creating beautiful hair. I want you to feel completely yourself, ridiculously excited and so confident when you look in the mirror.

After years of working in salons, cutting and colouring hair, I made one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and went full time bridal after lockdown. I realised that salon life just wasn’t where my heart was anymore. What I really wanted was the excitement of a wedding morning being part of those special moments, hearing all about your vision at your bridal trial and then watching the whole look come together on the big day.

And I genuinely love it.

I’m lucky enough to be an award winning bridal hairstylist, but what means the most to me is the relationships I build along the way. I’m not just there to do your hair and leave. I want to know you, understand your vision and make sure you feel completely looked after from your first enquiry right through to the moment I leave you to get married. I’m incredibly lucky that I so often leave a wedding having gained a new bridal bestie.

When I’m not creating wedding hair, you’ll usually find me with my husband. We got married in Vegas, because apparently a traditional wedding wasn’t quite wild enough for us, as we do love a good party! 

We’re also parents to our fur baby Willow, our very spoilt British Shorthair cat. If you’re a fellow cat lover, be prepared for me to ask to see photos of yours. I will absolutely want to see them.

And then there’s my other great love.. Kuku. It’s my favourite restaurant of all time and where you’ll find me most weekends, either with the girls or my husband. If you’re coming to Plymouth for your bridal trial, I’ll probably be encouraging you to book a table there too..  partly because I want you to understand why I hype it up so much!

I’m also a big lover of travelling and one of the things I feel most lucky about is that my job has allowed me to do so much of it. I’ve travelled for weddings, worked in some amazing places and collected a fair few stories along the way. If your wedding is somewhere a little further afield, I’m always up for the adventure!
